Route description: The Elk house is located west of Bjurholm on road 92. About 70 km from Umeå.
The Elk house
Tame elks are a fascinating exprience for all, young and old alike. Nothing beats getting right up close to an elk. These gigantic beasts are both inspiring and surreal.
There is also a picture show and a museum where you learn everything worth knowing about an elk.
Drop in during summer season. Rest of the year, make an appointment.
